Will Valve ever make tf2 maps that are in the forest or in any other environment thats not in the desert???

why are all the maps that Valve has made for tf2 in the desert? Wouldn't it be cool if there was a treehouse on a map in the jungle that can be used for snipers???? couldn't trees be used as cover? please reply for what you think or any ideas that Valve can make.

really? whats it called? if its one the new ones that came out with the heavy update then it really doesn't count, there's only a little grass and a few trees that's out of the map

But yeah, would love a map with a bit different setting.

Lumber yard is good, and some custom maps use forest stuff too.

You also have to keep in mind rendering forests is really hard on the GPU.

I personally love the alpine/forest maps, but as far as I know that sort of setting is only available for Arena maps which I don't particularly like. All the desert/industrial stuff is kind of bland and it gets old after a while.

Sadly though, I doubt Valve will get around to making new class packs and maps for a while due to L4D.

Lumberyard does not exist.
