okay, so I'm not fat, but I have NO muscle. does anyone have any tips to get in shape? I really appreciate the help.

do you have a gym? or any kind of machines to use like at a school or something?  Use them, maybe 1/2 - 1 hour a day. Try to branch out and keep working on your arms and abs.  Switch machines after a set of 12-15.  Find a pattern and keep with it.  Diet is important, lots of carbs and protien.  Also this shouldn't be in the forum games area.

Anyways, it really depends what you want. Do you want to be physically strong, or just buff? Or both?

If you just want strong you should lift large weight amounts with a small amount of reps. This will eventually give you a large amount of strength, but not that much endurance to work with. If you want to just be buff you should get a small weight and lift it A MILLION-BILLION times. Take a break. DO IT AGAIN!

To find a healthy medium try doing 12 reps with whatever weight feels comfortable.

It might also help us to know what exactly you want to work out. Give details!

Do a balanced weight training routine if you want to tone your body. If you want more lean, toned muscle, do lower weight with more reps (i.e. 3 sets of 12-15 reps). If you work one muscle, try to do its complementary muscle as well (i.e. if you do chest, follow it with a back exercise)

A few workout routines I enjoy for free weights:

Upper body day!
3x12 dumbbell chest press
3x12 seated row
3x12 lateral pulldown
3x12 bicep curls (each arm)
3x12 tricep press
3x12 shoulder press

Lower body day!
3x15 leg press
3x15 leg curl
3x15 calf lift
3x12 squats (do with spotter and only if you know proper technique)

Here's a tip, GET OFF YOUR ASS AND JOG, FATTY!!
Or to say it like someone that's not a jackass, You should start jogging. And lifting wieghts. You should also try a diet if you just want to lose wieght.

like my opening line said, I'm not fat, but weak. but thx anyway. I can eat pretty well, but havn't lately due to the storms.
