I started thinking what would be the best loadouts if you absolutely wanted to lose would be.

Medic: Regular Syringe gun - Kritzkreig (so the fact you can't uber to defend youself makes it slightly worse but they're both good sidegrades) - Regular saw
Pyro: Backburner - Flaregun - Axe
Heavy: Natasha - Sandvich - Fists
Scout: FAN - Bonk - Bat
Sniper: Huntsman - Razorback - Kukri
Spy: Revolver - Dead Ringer - Knife

Thats what I think it is, the only ones that are sidegrades and were tough to choose were the spy ones and the medics medigun, because those are actual sidegrades and good in different situations.

Medic: Definitely agree.

Pyro: The sad thing is the number of pubbers that do this loadout.

Heavy: At least the pubbers have the common decency to use the K.G.B. but I'm guilty of using the fists for the lulz from tauntkills (though I never ply Heavy and never get tauntkills)

Scout: I guess some people would argue Sandman is better because its broken and stun sucks. Otherwise I agree.

Sniper: I facepalm whenever I see idiots using the Razorback.

Spy: Disagree it should be Revolver - Dead Ringer - Knife

I agree with deadlypudding on the spy one, Dead Ringer is way more underpowered than the Cloak and Dagger. At least, the C&D is fonctional, I think.

Medic: Agreed, although both healing guns are equally proficient and deficient.
Pyro: I... I admit to using the Backburner.  I've been using it long enough to say that Critical hits are more beneficial then something you could just jump out of the way of.  Flare Gun and Shotgun are 50-50 for me, but Axe belongs there.

Heavy: Nataschit, yes, Fists, yes.  Sandvich?  Not in Arena mode.  Otherwise, yes.

Scout: FaN... IMO, FaN kills many more baddies for me than the Scattergun could.  The raw killing power and knockback (Plus triple jumps WOOT) just make me prefer this over the Scattergun.  Sandman and Bonk! = yes.  I like my double jumps.

Sniper: Huntsman = Sniper Rifle, but otherwise all good.

Spy: Agreed with above poster, not OP.

Thing is yesterday I was playing commando spy with the critting ambassader, and I had the dead ringer. The dead ringer was awesome for whenever things got rough and I needed to fall back and heal, since I cloaked instantly and people momentarily thought I was dead. I'd say the Cloak and Dagger is worse because all you do is you stand around like an idiot not doing anything hoping someone will run by. But I did say spy and medigun were contriversal ones, I couldn't quite decide.

Pyros that use that layout are absolutely halarious. It's the worst possible combination of unlocks out of the entire list.

The FAN doesn't do any more damage than the scattergun, it just fires two shots faster and you're left like idiot trying to reload. Most of the time when you win with it its because of dumb opponents or you have the advantage anyway for other reasons, like you're fighting a sniper or something. The only reason you'd equip the FAN now is if you wanted to do some triple jumping, but I rarely see this.

Huntsman != Sniper rifle, not even close.

Sandvich is universally a joke unlock. Even in arena mode. Get a medic.

the medic loadout is awesomely bad - refusing to use two of the most obvious upgrades since TF2 started with the unlockables.

pyro loadout is excellent: screams to soldiers (and everyone else, really) "hey come kill me!"

heavy - YESSSS natascha sandvich FTL!  honestly though, maybe the KGB's make a better failcombo, since usually KGB heavys try to box every chance they get.

scout - switch the sandman to the bat and you've got a loser.  we hate the sandman not because it fails, but because it's OP.  as far as the FAN goes, often it's worse than the scatter, but there are many situations where its quick 1-2 punch makes up for it.  however without the pistol to back you up the FAN is garbage.

sniper - lulz.

spy - yeah yoshi, i can see how the Dead Ringer can benefit a spyper (and I coined that phrase - koff can verify) using the ambassador.  however your loadout calls for the revolver, so the dead ringer is probably the most fail for that combo.

Thing with the KGB, if you actually get that first kill in you can go on some wicked killing sprees. The fists are basically the same except without the crit bonus so you don't go on those killing sprees. Plus you'll try tauntkills as a failheavy

I guess I'll agree on the bat thing. The ball is easily dodged but if you're going failscout then regular bat it is.

I'd say all of the spy weapons have their uses, but I guess you're right, thats the worst loadout.
