Xbox/TF2F unofficial clan

So Ive been reading the Xbox forums and I've seen the same lack of skill, organization and communication in Xbox TF that many of you have.  Im going to start up a thread to organize and setup an unofficial (for now) TF clan for the Xbox community on the TF2F forum.  Tonight I will be adding several gamertags to my friends list based on the posts Ive seen from the last 6 weeks that expressed a direct interest in organized team play on XboxLive.  I only took names from the last 6 weeks because for all I know, anyone who posted before that may no longer be active on the forums, or may have switched to PC or another game entirely by now so if you haven't posted in the Xbox Chat forum in awhile and you're interested in this, please post here and I will add you ASAP.

Please check the list and if you're not in there and want to be, let me know.  Or if you're in there and DON'T want to be, also let me know! Sounds like we have many active Xbox TF gamers, including myself so I think this will work out reasonably well once we get organized...and the sooner the better.

This "clan" will be both competitive and casual in that we will play to win, but with a more prioritized focus on promoting communication, teamwork and having fun.  In the event of a loss or a less-experienced player making mistakes, etc., I would still expect everyone to extend the same respect in-game that we do in the forums here.  As this idea takes off, we will arrange a date and time very soon for our first team session based on the level of interest in this concept. 

Lastly, if you are interested in jumping on this bandwagon, please include your time zone in your post.  And any ideas or suggestions you may have, please post those as well.  I don't assume or expect I will be the "leader" of this outfit, someone just had to get the ball rolling!  Hopefully together we can organize some serious asskickery!

I'm for this, but only on a temp basis, since i only have access to my Xbox360 while i'm home from school, which will be till September, and any breaks when i'm home. I hope to be getting a new computer for school anyways.... but add me now on live, i play almost every night, from like 11pm to 2am ish, eastern time

Nooch, you weren't there in the Golden Age of xbox TF2 clans. Back a few months ago when the World of Clans tournament was going on for instance.
The community is falling apart, largely due to the largest xbox TF2 organization being a glitching site who pumps out exploit tutorials almost weekly.
AND the lack of content coming out..
