Just wondering what everybody's tastes are out there. I'm not sure this is the right section to put this topic in but oh well.
Personally, the only bands I listen to are System of a Down, KoRn (especially KoRn), Slipknot, and Metallica.
40% KoRn, 25% SOAD, 20% Metallica, and 15% Slipknot.
I like old KoRn more, if anybody knows what I'm talking about. Nu-metal ftw! I don't believe that much other genres are real music, because most songs out there don't have any meaning in them and are just random gibberish. I absolutely despise Pop and Pop Rock, and pretty much all Hip-hop, Rap.
I wear 4 KoRn shirts a week and 1 Metallica shirt. (Wearing my newest KoRn shirt right now). Parents wont let me get slipknot, haha.
As for content: I look mainly for lyrical meaning and try to seperate each instruments sound, it's a fun habit. Bass is always a bitch though, haha.
I consider myself obsessed with KoRn because I have every song ever made including rare ones and bonus tracks.

I know pretty much everything to know about the band members. And I hate people that won't give them an honest chance.
So now I've gotten my that out of the way (as you can see, I feel strongly about my musical tastes), what about you?

I also listen to alot of Nu-Metal, not as much as i'd like to but i have limited access to music at the moment (meaning I've have no money

) I have most of Disturbed's work but my favorite is a Hard Rock band called Trapt (I own all of their albums and have atleast heard non-album tracks). I like Slipknot, SOAD, Metallica, unfortunately I have not heard Korn, and just about any classic rock (Guns 'N Roses, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and AC/DC in particular)
