buff sandwich (seriously)

the other thread's just a bunch of spam and messing around. A serious sandvich suggestion:
allow the heavy to move while eating. There's a blog post somewhere (i'll find a link) whose main complaint about the Sandman is that stun should take away movement or shooting, but not both. I think the same applies to the sandwich. while eating, sacrificing the ability to shoot is good enough. giving the heavy the ability to move, while still having the loud "omnomnom" sound should be balanced enough.
