I picked it up today, just listening to it now. enjoying it.
favourite track so far has to be 'insane'.
id say its worth picking up, as long as you dont completly hate rap.

i am so glad i dl this and didnt buy it. Ive always liked his stlye. 
But this album is a let down. The lyric are mindless and crap. The only good tracks on it are crack a bottle and undergroud and there the last tracks on the album. Hopefully relapse 2 is going to be more like the last track and not like the others. Which are just full of him saying he was addicted to pills and how he dreams bout being a psycotic killer.

Wow I can't believe I haven't heard that song by him. It reminds me of Stan.

As for relapse...It's OK.  All the songs where he talked about how f-ed up he was were pretty bad.  A few good ones on it though, I'll definitely be adding them to my ipod.
